Legacy DNS Server Shutdown

Purpose: Shutting down Slimer DNS

Systems Affected:
- CT Cloud SIP
- CT Cloud Voice Customers


Impact: - If customer is using 69.54.70.15 or 69.54.75.28 for DNS services, please migrate to another DNS service, such as 8.8.8.8 (Google) or 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare)

Outage: YES

Upgrade Expressway to X15.3
Purpose: Calltower will be upgrading the Edge servers for Jabber and MRA/Edge Devices.

Systems Affected:
*Cisco Jabber / Edge Phones

Impact: - Users will experience a connectivity loss with their Jabber Client/Services and/or their MRA?Edge connected device.
