Purpose: Patching and preventative maintenance on multiple systems.
Systems Affected:

Cisco:
- Reboot CUCM 10.5 and HCS (12.5) Clusters
***Possible Impact: Cisco Call Manager - Server Reboots will occur. Customers may experience a brief loss in connectivity with their phone periodically throughout the entire window.

Master Fax:
- Master Fax – Security Update, SQL Express to Full SQL migration, and Port License Update
***Possible Impact: Customers will experience that their Fax services will be unavailable for a time during the Maintenance Window.
