CallTower Connect:
-Connect Database Migration
***CallTower Connect will be down for the duration of the Maintenance Window. This includes the below services:
• Operator Connect DID routing and un-routing, only changes will be affected, not the actual service.
• Legacy Cisco Services
o Call Forwarding and Corporate Directory from Cisco Phones.
o Message Waiting Indicator.
o Remote Notification.
o 911 CallerID Cleanup.
