Purpose: CallTower engineers will be completing some routing and maintenance in Chicago. All routing should continue to function as normal, but may cause brief service interruptions for some services.

- CT Cloud Voice
- CT Cloud
- Microsoft Teams
- Cisco hosted
- Cisco Webex
Impact: - There is a possibility of very brief interruptions lasting a couple seconds as some failovers are performed.
