Purpose: Cisco Webex infrastructure to improve service stability and reliability.

Impact: Service impact is expected to be minimal. During the implementation of changes, any active Cisco Webex calls may be disconnected. Redundant routing has been put in place to minimize further impact throughout the maintenance window.
