Purpose: Patching and preventative maintenance on multiple systems.
Systems Affected:

Fax Solutions:
-MasterFax - General Server Maintenance
***Possible Impact: Customers will experience their Fax services will be unavailable for a time during the Maintenance Window.

Cisco:
-Upgrade 78XX and 88XX Firmware loads
***Possible Impact: Cisco Call Manager/Phone - CallTower will be loading a new Firmware loads for the 78XX and 88XX devices to CUCM. Phones will be rebooted to begin the upgrade process. Calls in progress 'should' remain up until the call has ended. Phone will most likely re-register multiple times during the Maintenance Window time. This is expected behavior.
