Purpose: Patching and preventative maintenance on multiple systems.

Systems Affected:

CT Cloud Voice:

CT Cloud Voice - Remove Yealink T56A and T58V management from EPPs
***Possible Impact: Customers using these devices will no longer be able to provision them using the Phone Profile Editor.

CT Cloud Voice - Grandstream Ht8xx EPP Update
***Possible Impact: Users may see their Grandstream HT801, HT801m HT812, HT814, HT818 update firmware during the Maintenance Window.


Fax:

MasterFax & CT Cloud Fax - General Server Maintenance
***Possible Impact: Customers will experience interruptions to both MasterFax and CT Cloud Fax services during the Maintenance Window.


Cisco:

Cisco Edge Phones - mra.ct450.com Certificate and Security Update
***Possible Impact: Calltower will be loading a Public Certificate as well as the latest version of Expressway to all Edge servers for mra.ct450.com . Phones are expected to have some downtime during the Maintenance Window. Phones will connect as usual once servers are restarted.

Cisco Jabber - Upgrade collaborate-atl.ct450.com to 14.3.3
***Possible Impact: An upgrade will be made to the Expressway servers for collaborate-atl.ct450.com. It is possible that Users may experience a brief loss in connectivity with their Jabber Client/Services.
