Purpose: Patching and preventative maintenance on multiple systems.

CT Cloud Voice:
-CT Cloud Communicator - December 2023 Update
***Possible Impact: CT Cloud Communicator users will receive notification that a new version is available. CallTower recommends all users update to the latest version to receive up-to-date bug/security fixes and feature updates.

All Platforms:
-CallTower SBC Maintenance - December 2023
***Possible Impact: Teams DR, Teams OC, GCC High and Zoom customers may experience short periods of downtime while SBCs are rebooted for upgrade. Calls in progress will NOT be affected, but new calls may fail to setup while SBCs are rebooted. Downtime will be 15 seconds or less.
