CT Cloud Voice:
***Possible Impact: CT Cloud Communicator services will be temporarily unavailable during the entire maintenance window while servers are rebooted to perform upgrades. Downtime for any given outage will be 15 minutes or less.
***Possible Impact: Clients may experience brief connectivity disconnects while CallTower Engineers replace 1 core switch in the Saint Louis data center.
