Purpose: Patching and preventative maintenance on multiple systems.
Systems Affected:

Cisco:
-Update collacorate-atl.ct450.com certificate
***Possible Impact: *Cisco Jabber - Server Reboots will occur. Customers will experience a brief loss in connectivity with their Jabber Client/Services.
-Update mra.ct450.com server certificate.
***Possible Impact: *Cisco Edge Phones - CallTower will be loading a Public Certificate to all Edge servers for mra.ct450.com . Phones are expected to be down for no more than a few minutes and should connect as usual once servers are restarted.

CT Cloud Voice:
-CT Cloud Voice - End of Life Device Availability Update
***Possible Impact: End of Life devices will no longer be listed as selectable models in CommPortal's phone management tool.
-CT Cloud Voice - VOP EPP Update
***Possible Impact: Voice Operator Panel users may experience an update to their VOP client after the Maintenance Window.

All Platforms:
-Shutdown Atlanta ACME Packet
***Possible Impact: All customer and internal traffic should be removed from the old ACME SBC’s, so no impact is expected. If any customer or internal traffic is still signaling to the ACME SBC then once the SBC is shutdown that traffic will no longer complete.
