CT Cloud Voice:
-CT Cloud Communicator - February 2023 Update ***Possible Impact: CT Cloud Voice customers using CT Cloud Communicator v2.X will be forced to update to the latest version to ensure the best experience possible with the application.
-CT Cloud Recording - February 2023 Update ***Possible Impact: Recording portal will be unavailable while servers are rebooted for update. Downtime will be 15 minutes or less.
-CT Cloud - CommPortal Security Update ***Possible Impact: CT Cloud SIP and Voice customers may be intermittently unable to access CommPortal while security updates are applied. Downtime will be 30 minutes or less.
