CallTower will be preforming out-of-cycle maintenance in its Atlanta Data Center on Sunday, February 2, 2020 between 9:00 PM MST – 3:00 AM MST. CallTower will be migrating blocks of telephone numbers between data centers.

The impact to customers will be limited to users utilizing telephone number blocks: (478) 268-XXXX & (478) 437-XXXX. Services to these telephone numbers may be unavailable for up to 30 minutes. MasterFax and aFax services may also be impacted during this window.

This scheduled maintenance affected: CT Cloud (CT Cloud SIP, CT Cloud Voice, Attendant Console, CT Cloud Fax), Skype for Business (Skype for Business - Voice, Instant Messenger and Presence, Attendant Console), Contact Center (Clarity Connect, Five9, Telax), Cisco Unified Communications (Cisco Voice, Cisco Jabber, VoiceCube, Attendant Console), and Microsoft Teams - Direct Routing.
