CallTower will be preforming out-of-cycle maintenance in its Atlanta Data Center on Sunday, February 2, 2020 between 9:00 PM MST – 3:00 AM MST. CallTower will be migrating blocks of telephone numbers between data centers.

The impact to customers will be limited to users utilizing telephone number blocks: (478) 268-XXXX & (478) 437-XXXX. Services to these telephone numbers may be unavailable for up to 30 minutes. MasterFax and aFax services may also be impacted during this window.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Skype for Business (Skype for Business - Voice, Instant Messenger and Presence, Attendant Console), Contact Center (Clarity Connect, Five9, Intermedia), Cisco Unified Communications (Cisco Voice, Cisco Jabber, VoiceCube, Attendant Console), CT Cloud (CT Cloud SIP, CT Cloud Voice, Attendant Console), Fax (CT Cloud Fax), and Microsoft (Microsoft Teams - Direct Routing).
