CallTower will be performing out-of-cycle maintenance on Sunday, May 3, 2020 from 10:00 PM MT until 11:59 PM MT. The maintenance will include an update to resolve intermittent issues for CT Cloud Voice customers using the iOS mobile softphone. Customers not configured for redundancy may be unable to make or receive calls during a ten to fifteen minute window. If you have questions on whether you are configured properly for redundancy, please contact support@calltower.com.
