Cisco:
***Possible Impact: Cisco Jabber and Edge Phones - Customers will experience a brief loss of connectivity while server maintenance is performed. It is also expected that Customers will need to log back into their phone after the Maintenance Window has completed.
***Possible Impact: Cisco Jabber - Customers will experience a brief loss in connectivity to Directory services as server reboots occur.
***Possible Impact: Cisco Call Manager - CallTower will be performing maintenance which will include loading new firmware loads. Your phone may re-register or restart multiple times in order for the new settings to be applied. Calls in progress 'should' remain up until the call has ended.

Fax Platforms:
***Possible Impact: MasterFax - Customers fax services will be unavailable for a time during the Maintenance Window.
***Possible Impact: CT Cloud Fax - Customers fax services will be unavailable for a time during the Maintenance Window.
