Service Deactivation Notice – Legacy Cisco Voicemail Access
Purpose: To enhance security, we are deactivating certain legacy services
Systems Affected:
Cisco: Cisco Legacy CallManager customers with CallTower hosted Voicemail
Systems Affected:
Cisco: Legacy CallManager Impact: We will be discontinuing long-standing services used by our legacy Cisco customers. Specifically, access to voicemail via internet-based methods—Outlook Web Access, IMAP, and POP—will be shut down.
This change will not affect your ability to access voicemail during or after the transition. However, going forward, voicemail will only be accessible through:
Your physical handheld device, or An external email account, if voicemail forwarding is enabled.
NOTE: This decommission will not affect voicemail with Office365 or an external exchange server with Legacy Cisco CallManager.
