CT Cloud: ***Possible Impact: Customers will be prompted to update to version 2.31.12 when signing into the CT Cloud Communicator Desktop Client. ***Possible Impact: CallTower will be performing upgrades to CommPortal. Customers can expect CommPortal to intermittently be unavailable as servers are restarted. ***Possible Impact: CallTower will be performing upgrades to CT Cloud Recording. Customers can expect calls to NOT record for approximately 2 minutes while the recording service is restarted.
