Purpose: Patching and preventative maintenance on multiple systems.
Systems Affected:

Cisco Unified Communications:
-Reboot CUPs Servers CL 00,01,02,04,07,08 and 10
***Possible Impact: Cisco/Jabber - Server Reboots will occur. Customers will experience a brief loss in connectivity with their Jabber Client/Services.

-Upgrade MRA Expressway Servers to X8.11.4
***Possible Impact: Cisco/Edge Phones - Server upgrades will occur, customers will experience a brief loss in connectivity with their Jabber Clients and/or Edge Phones. It is possible that the user will need to log back into their phone after the Maintenance Window.

-SLC/DC Production Equipment Power Audit & Power Plug Move
***Possible Impact: Customers from Cisco/Skype could see a brief disconnect and re-connect of their clients or phones.

-Production Data Center - Cat5 Cable Changes/Cleanup
***Possible Impact: Skype/Cisco/Clarity Connect/CallTower Connect - Customers using these platforms will experience brief issues of Connecting & Disconnecting of their client's during these changes.

CT Cloud:
-Update SSL Certificate for CT Cloud Voice recording
***Possible Impact: As part of our rebranding process, we are replacing the SSL Certificate for After this change is made, you will need to access this site using The original address will still function but will generate an error in your browser.

-CT Cloud Fax server upgrade
***Possible Impact: Fax services will be unavailable intermittently during maintenance window while fax services are restarted.

-CT Cloud Recording upgrade
***Possible Impact: Web portal and reporting will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes. Calls will continue to be recorded without interruption.

-MasterFax server upgrade
***Possible Impact: Faxing will be unavailable intermittently throughout the maintenance window as services are restarted.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Contact Center (Clarity Connect), CT Cloud (CT Cloud SIP, CT Cloud Voice, CT Cloud Fax), Skype for Business (Skype for Business - Voice, Instant Messenger and Presence), and Cisco Unified Communications (Cisco Voice, Cisco Jabber).
