Skype for Business:
***Possible Impact: Clients and phones will experience brief connectivity disconnects while CallTower Engineers perform maintenance on Pool 01.


Cisco:
***Possible Impact: Customers will experience an intermittent loss in connectivity with their Jabber Client during the hours of the Maintenance window while Engineers perform server upgrades
***Possible Impact: Customers may experience intermittent moments where active calls will drop during the maintenance window; however, customers will be able to immediately redial and connect.


Fax Platforms:
***Possible Impact: MasterFax - fax services will be intermittently unavailable during the Maintenance Window while server maintenance is performed.
***Possible Impact: CT Cloud Fax - fax services will be intermittently unavailable during the Maintenance Window while server maintenance is performed.
