CT Cloud Voice:
***Possible Impact: CT Cloud - Voicemail and CommPortal will intermittently be unavailable while servers reboot.
***Possible Impact: CT Cloud - New calls will intermittently fail while servers are rebooted. Calls in progress will not be affected
***Possible Impact: CT Cloud - A new version of CT Cloud Communicator Desktop is being released. Customers will need to uninstall the current version of Accession Desktop and then install the new version to receive the updated interface. Downloads are available in CommPortal
