To ensure the highest level of security and reliability, CT Cloud Fax and MasterFax are being migrated to a geo-redundant, high-availability environment during the August 15, 2025 maintenance window. After that date, the legacy servers used by these platforms will be retired, and services will automatically begin using the new servers.

How to prepare:
CT Cloud Fax – No preparation should be needed whatsoever.

MasterFax – To ensure a seamless transition and avoid any disruption, please ensure the following URLs and IPs are accessible from your MasterFax ATA’s network environment prior to the move:

securefax.calltower.com
securefax1.calltower.com - 205.196.173.30
securefax2.calltower.com - 206.80.91.30

Post-update cleanup:

After the update, the following URL and IP can be removed from your firewall policy, without impact to your fax service.

securefax.appiaservices.com - 206.80.91.68
