Purpose: Patching and preventative maintenance on multiple systems.
Cisco Unified Communications:
-Update Firmware Load on all 88XX and 78XX Devices

-Adjust the timers on SME
***Possible Impact: When the timers are adjusted on the main call routing switch there is a possibility that an active call will drop.
-Clarity Connect March CU
***Possible Impact: Clarity Connect will periodically be unavailable and have a service disruption during this Maintenance Window. This could result in active or new calls dropping.
CallTower Managed Infrastructure and Circuits at the UT Data Center:
-Infrastructure: Production Data Center - Cat5 Cable Changes/Cleanup Round2
***Possible Impact: Various Platforms and Systems could go down briefly while cables are changed out, this includes Cisco & Skype.
-Data Center Services Redundancy Tests
***Possible Impact: Brief Connectivity issues with Skype for Business, Remote Cisco Phone, and CallTower Connect.
-Cross Connect Circuit Disconnects
***Possible Impact: None are anticipated, but there is a possibility that it can affect Skype for Business and Cisco. Users may experience a brief service disruption during testing.
Skype For Business – Voice:
***Possible Impact: Skype clients and phone end points will disconnect and reconnect causing any active calls or instance messages to reconnect or re-register.
