Purpose: Patching and preventative maintenance on multiple systems. Systems Affected: Cisco: ***Possible Impact: Cisco Call Manager - Server Reboots will occur. Customers may experience a brief loss in connectivity with their phone periodically throughout the entire window.
Fax Platforms: ***Possible Impact: CT Cloud Fax - fax services will be intermittently unavailable during the Maintenance Window while server maintenance is performed.
CT Cloud Voice: ***Possible Impact: Voice Operator Panel (VOP) users may notice an update has been applied to their VOP Client.
