Purpose: Patching and preventative maintenance on multiple systems.

Systems Affected

Cisco Unified Communications:
CUCM: Device Packs and reboots of Clusters 00, 04, 07, 09 and 10:
***Possible Impact: Cisco Call Manager - CallTower will be conducting a reboot of the Cisco Unified Communications Manager your company is built
on. Servers within your cluster will be reboot in intervals as to not disrupt business. If your phone is registered to the server that is being reboot at
the time, your phone will re-register to the next server in the list. For calls in progress, calls in progress 'should' remain up until the call has ended.
Once your call has ended, your phone may re-register with the next server in the list depending on how long your call lasted. There is a possibility
that once all servers have been reboot that you would have noticed your phone register with different server a total of two times. Please do not be
alarmed as this is normal behavior.

Testing UT to SF remote Cisco:
***Possible Impact: Remote ASA and VPN customer phones will have phone disruption and possible down time during the Maintenance Window hours.

CallTower Managed Infrastructure and Circuits at the UT Data Center:
Adding Century Link Int. to UT DC:
***Possible Impact: Possible connectivity issues to the CallTower services over the public internet.

Infrastructure: Production Data Center - Cat5 Cable Changes:
***Possible Impact: Various Platforms and Systems could go down briefly while cables are changed out.

Skype For Business – Voice:
CT9 Certificates:
***Possible Impact: Skype clients and end points will disconnect and reconnect.

Clarity Connect:
Replace the wildcard certificate:
Possible Impact: Clarity services and calls will be down intermittently during this maintenance window.

Verba Recording System:
Install Verba Patch on 13 Recording Servers:
***Possible Impact: Calls currently in progress during the Maintenance Window may lose recording capability in Verba during a software update to the Verba Application. Duration is expected to last under 2 hours.
