***Possible Impact: Cisco Jabber and Edge Phones - Customers will experience a brief loss of connectivity with their Jabber Clients and/or Edge phone while server maintenance is performed.
***Possible Impact: Clients may experience brief connectivity disconnects while CallTower Engineers replace 2 core switches in the Salt Lake City data center.

***Possible Impact: MasterFax - Customers fax services will be unavailable for a time during the Maintenance Window.
