CT Cloud NOAM - retire legacy CommPortal URL
Purpose: Security and reliability

Systems Affected:

• CT Cloud SIP and Voice Customers

Impact: - As a follow-up to decommissioning legacy products and to ensure the highest level of security and reliability, the legacy URLs previously used for CT Cloud CommPortal and SIP PS will be retired on August 15, 2025. After that date, both https://userportal.appiaservices.com and https://userportal.appiaservices.com.sip-ps/ are being retired.


After that date, CommPortal and SIP PS will only be available via the following URLs:

CommPortal - https://commportal.calltower.com
SIP PS - https://commportal.calltower.com/sip-ps/

Outage: Yes, users will not be able to access Appiaservices portal during or after decommissioning of the URLs.

CT Cloud Voice Recording - Migrate to new server

Purpose: Current server has security vulnerabilities, but the OS is too old upgrade

Systems Affected:

• CT Cloud Voice Recording customers

Impact: - CT Cloud Voice Recording will be briefly unavailable while services are migrated to a new server. Downtime will be 15 minutes or less

Outage: Yes, service will be down for approximately 15 minutes.

MRA, ATL, CIM group expressway 18.2.4 upgrades

Purpose: Upgrade MRA, ATL and CIM Group expressway servers to 18.2.4 for security patches

Systems Affected:

• Cisco Legacy CallManger and CIM Group

Impact: Phones and clients may temporarily unregister as registration switches to redundant servers

Outage: No

MasterFax and CT Cloud Fax - Server Migration

Purpose: Moving to High Availability environment.

Systems Affected:

• Masterfax & CT Cloud Fax

Impact: - Customers will experience interruptions to both MasterFax and CT Cloud Fax services during the Maintenance Window

Outage: Yes

Reboot All CUCM 10.5 Clusters

Purpose: Rebooting servers for stability

Systems Affected:

• Cisco Call Manager:

Impact: - Server Reboots of the Cisco Unified Communications Manager will occur. Your phone will re-register to the next server in the Server list. Calls in progress 'should' remain up until the call has ended. Phone will most likely re register multiple times during the MW time. This is expected behavior.
