Cisco ***Possible Impact: CallTower will be adding a new server to the Cisco CUCM Clusters. End user phones will reboot when in an idle state to capture the new server addresses ***Possible Impact: Clients may experience brief connectivity disconnects while CallTower Engineers replace 1 core switch in the Saint Louis data center.
3CX ***Possible Impact: Services will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window while CallTower Engineers migrate servers from STL to DAL
Fax Platforms: ***Possible Impact: MasterFax - fax services will be intermittently unavailable during the Maintenance Window while server maintenance is performed. ***Possible Impact: CT Cloud Fax - fax services will be intermittently unavailable during the Maintenance Window while server maintenance is performed.
