Purpose: Patching and preventative maintenance on multiple systems.

Systems Affected:

All Platforms:
-Reboot of the international CUBEs 69.54.75.225 and 206.80.70.198
***Possible Impact: International Calls may get disconnected.

Cisco Unified Communications:
-Reboot int Cisco Cubes
***Possible Impact: Existing calls will drop but callers will be able to redial and connect immediately.
-Reboot CUCM Clusters 00, 02, 03, 07, 08, 09, 11 and 12
***Possible Impact: Cisco Call Manager - Server Reboots will occur. Customers may experience a brief loss in connectivity with their phone periodically throughout the entire window.

Microsoft:
-Clarity - Move Clarity Customers to New Pool
***Possible Impact: Minimal downtime as the instance is shut down and migrated.
-ASA5525 Fan's and nexus power replacement
***Possible Impact: Skype for Business may have some brief interruptions.
-Change OC routing to new trunks noam-chi2.ctoc.services and noam-dal2.ctoc.services
***Possible Impact: No expected impact to existing calls. New calls will traverse the new trunk after routing change

Fax Platforms:
-MasterFax - General Server Maintenance
***Possible Impact: Customers will experience their Fax services will be unavailable for a time during the Maintenance Window.
